Rebecca worked part-time while studying law at the University of London at the Jersey Institute of Law. After graduating, she became a full-time paralegal in September 2019.Rebecca has experience in a variety of matters, including fiduciary disputes, shareholder lawsuits, and lease lawsuits. Rebecca is also an integral part of the criminal defense team and has been involved in high-profile historical abuse cases, including AG v. Quenault and AG v. Le Marquand, in which both defendants were acquitted. Most recently, Rebecca participated in Michelle Yuksel`s successful defense after a three-week fraud trial. Rebecca is about to qualify as a Royal Court Lawyer. Rebecca is an avid rider and competes in show jumping competitions in Iceland and the UK. Rebecca also enjoys cycling and skiing. The High Index Senior Award recognizes the senior graduate who has achieved the highest index obtained in full-time studies for a degree that combines GPA with the highest number of hours earned at UD. To be eligible for this award, students must complete a minimum of 90 credits. Blue hens that earn a single degree must complete their program in four years, and students who pursue multiple degrees simultaneously must complete their studies in five years or less.
